Meet our new Admin,HR & Logistic Assistant; Ngu War Hlaing. She is a bright girl who loves working in a competitive environment. In December, she will be graduating from West Yangon University with a degree in Mathematics. Before joining KT Care Foundation, she worked at Nice Fare Travel & Tour as a Reservation and Cashier for one year and then at United Wood Industries Co., Ltd as a HR & Admin Assistant which lasted for almost four years. As Admin,HR & Logistic Assistant, she will be responsible for providing administrative,HR, and logistic support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Since she is familiar with a variety of her work’s concepts, practices and procedures, she is keeping the works in a good pace in KT Care. She enjoys learning new things and facing new challenges. In her free time, she likes reading books, listening to the songs and travelling.
Meet our new field assistant, Ko Thein Htike!
He joined our team on 4th September 2019. As a field assistant, he is responsible for implementation of ongoing projects such as cleft lip and palate free operations and Thet Kal Thaung village development centre operation. Before joining our team, he worked for community driven community development project run by UNDP in Ayeyarwaddy division. His major expertise is community mobilization works in development sector mainly livelihood program. He graduated from the University of Pathein in 2013 with BA in Myanmar. He is a father of two and he likes travelling.
Wint Hayman Oo who works as a Finance Officer at the KT Care Foundation graduated with B.Com from the University of Economics. She started working at KT Care Foundation since June 2018. After receiving her degree, she worked as a Senior Accountant at Dagon Beverages Co.Ltd,. and there she was promoted two times during her 8 years engagement with her first job. She left her Sales Admin Manager position after she decided to be a part of the humanitarian and development industry as it is her wish all time.
Her duties at the KT Care Foundation is to maintain financial accountability of the Foundation and financial monitoring. She is also voluntarily supporting the Admin and logistic team with guidance and experiences she gained from previous Business Company Background. During her holidays, she likes to spend her time by reading novels and watching movies. She is an enthusiastic sports lover who loves running in the early morning.
KT Care Foundation’s project officer; Naw Ei Ei Chaw is mainly responsible for Women Empowerment and Economic Development projects. She routinely visits to Garment Factories where women are dominant in the workforce and delivers healthy messages to promote health enabling returns. She also takes part in capacity building of women to develop micro economics.
In the last 14 years, before joining to KT Care, she worked at Care Myanmar, Merlin International and World Vision Myanmar. She also worked at BABSEACLE Myanmar. She gained her capacity in health education, community facilitation for development and education supports management which are valuable assets to the KT Care Foundation.
She finished her bachelor degree in Arts (History Major) from the University of East Yangon in 2005. She also attended a nurse-aid training which supports her career as a health educator.She’s a mother of a 2 years old boy and a happy pill who loves travelling in her free time.
“Khin Su Mon joined KT Care Foundation in late May 2019 as a communications assistant. As a communications assistant, she is mainly responsible for external communications through digital media and prints. She also manages KT Care Website. She will be the first contact point for inquires and liaison on KT Care.
She finished her bachelor degree in Computer Science from University of Yangon in September 2017. She is brilliant and successful since in the University life, she gave her team a second prize for both IT and startup competitions, the Uni-Hack Challenge 2017 and the Yetagun Youth Program. Besides, she enjoys volunteering in her free time. She was selected to be a participant in Innovation for Impact (i4i) Ideathon Cambodia organized by UN Women for young women leadership, and again her team’s project was awarded the champion title.
In coming October, She will be one of the 50 participants at 2019 YSEALI (Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative) Generation Workshop for Advancing Gender Equality.
She is an open-minded feminist who loves communicating with different people from diverse backgrounds.”
